How can we help?

Most things you can do yourself in Settings, on the website or in the app. For anything else, write to us.

Contact

Write from the email address your account uses, and say whether you were on the website, the iPhone app or the Android app. In the app, the version is at the bottom of Settings, under About. Nobody on our side will ever ask for your password.

Requests about personal data are answered within one month, as the Privacy Policy sets out.

Run by

Delete your account

Sign in and open Settings → Delete account, on the website or in the app. Confirm with your password, or by signing in again if you use only Google or Apple.

Your account, every conversation, decision, review and document, and the phones registered for reminders are deleted at once and for good. The Privacy Policy says what stays, which names no one.

If you can't sign in, write to us from the account's email address and we'll delete it for you.

Download your data

Settings → Export my data gives you every decision and conversation, your reviews and your documents' text, as Markdown and JSON. In the app it opens the share sheet.

Each decision can also be exported on its own as Markdown, JSON or print.

Your account details are not in the export; ask us for them.

Reminders

Turn reminder emails off in Settings, or with the link in any reminder, without signing in.

Turn phone reminders off in that phone's app Settings, or remove the phone in Settings on the website.

Report an answer

Answers come from AI models and can be wrong. Report one with the flag on its card and choose what's wrong with it.

A report lets us read the conversation it's in, and we may send that answer and its question to the provider whose model wrote it, as the Privacy Policy describes.

The confidence figure beside a council's answers is the models' own self-assessment, not a calibrated probability.

The apps

  • iPhone needs iOS 17 or later.
  • Android needs Android 11 or later.
  • One account works everywhere: website, iPhone and Android, with the same conversations and journal.
  • When the app asks you to update, update it from the store: older versions stop working when the service changes in a way they cannot follow.

The apps send us no crash reports or analytics of their own. If you let your phone share crash reports with app developers, Apple or Google may pass us a report of where the app failed; you can turn that off in your phone's settings.
